Hope Brazzell
Co-Founder & Lead Coach
24 years as a licensed real estate professional. Hired as the Team Leader in the Keller Williams Nashville-Franklin office in February 2012. Hope led the fast-paced Franklin, TN office to be recognized as a Keller Williams Top 200 office nationally, a Top 20% performing market center in the Award Winning Southeast Region of Keller Williams, and the office of choice for real estate professionals in the Nashville-Franklin area. Grew the office from 104 agents to 398 over the course of 6 years. In 2017, she became a Black Belt Team Leader. Transitioned into the General Manager position with the Haggard Group, assisting with leadership for 7 market centers in two states in two different regions within KW before stepping back into the Team Leader role. She relocated to Chattanooga Downtown in 2020, where she once again became a KW Black Belt recruiter. Today, it is leading one of the most productive market centers in the company and has a consistent track record of growth and expansion. KW Chattanooga Downtown is recognized today as a Top 100 market center for owner profit and is growing toward a 500 agent roster while boasting productivity rankings in the top 10 for KW.

As the Team Leader of Keller Williams South Forsyth, Andrea has successfully led the team to significant growth and recognition, positioning it as one of the top-performing Keller Williams Market Centers in the nation. Under her strategic leadership, the team has grown from 154 agents to over 340, with 108 agents achieving the prestigious cap distinction.
